Our Mission

At Leaf Talent, our mission is to help job seekers find meaningful employment and assist employers in finding the right talent to grow their business. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to work in a job they love.

Our Process

At Leaf Talent Solutions, we’ve simplified recruitment into a clear, step-by-step process. Here’s what you can expect when you partner with us:


1. Discovery Call
We start with a structured intake call to learn about your business, the role, and the type of candidate you’re looking for.


2. Campaign Launch
For $2,495 + GST, we launch your hiring campaign. This includes creating a tailored job ad and marketing it across top job boards and professional networks.


3. Shortlisting & Screening
We handle the applicant flow — screening resumes, conducting prescreens, and presenting you with a shortlist of the most qualified candidates.


4. Interview Support
We coordinate interviews on your behalf and can provide structured interview questions to keep the process consistent and fair.


5. Offer & Background Checks
We guide you through salary benchmarks, extend offers, and include two background checks (criminal, employment, or education verification).


6. Our Commitment

If the role isn’t filled within 30 days, we’ll relaunch the campaign at no extra cost, or you’ll receive a $1,000 CAD credit toward your next campaign with us.
